Returns are conditionally accepted on items that are unused, unopened, and in their original condition. To be eligible, contact must be made within 7 days of delivery. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. Items must be returned in their original condition. If an item is returned opened, used or damage, a refund may be denied or adjusted to reflect any loss in value. 

If an order arrives damaged, incorrect, or is lost is transit, contact must be made within 7 days of delivery or date of expected delivery in order for the issue to be reviewed. 

Please note that all loose crystals, herbs, and other loose items are final sale and not eligible for return or refund. All sale and discounted items are not eligible for return or refund. 

Refunds may be issues in store credit or in the form of original payment.
